Ø AIMS & OBJECTIVES:-
To develop and up-lift the children, women and youth
through well knit and well integrated educational
/training program. To promote the skill development
activity, making Self Help Groups in Guna district. Strength the self help group training program arrange by SPSS for
skill development.
To promote the all-round
development and growth (i.e. personal family, community, social, Economic,
cultural Educational, Health & Hygiene, sanitation clothing, Housing, Drinking water etc. of the
weaker section of the society)
(i.e., STs, Minorities and other Backward classes who are living below the poverty line) in a well
knit and systematic manner
- Ø To care and provide a support to the needy aged & disabled persons.
- Ø To create awareness about the social evils, such as dowry deaths alcoholism &drug abuse etc.
- Ø To promote traditional culture, art and craft.
- Ø To work for promotion of the communal Harmony and National integration.
It is working in urban slum areas and
several villages of the whole district for enlistment of unprivileged weaker section mainly for all-round development of the children, woman, unemployed
youth, olderys and disabled
persons belonging to scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, Backward class communities and poor
minorities who are living below the poverty line and leading miserable life .
THE SPSS APPROACH:-

new methodology among the team members for achieving the better result.

and learning through exposure visits.

1- Capacity Building of BCC field staff for
regular IPC and community dialogue sessions to promote four key behaviors
2. Strengthening the capacity of BCC team for formation and strengthening of group (SMS, Mothers
Group, Adolescent Groups, Youth
Groups, VHSC, SHGs &PTA )and ensure their involvement in promotion of key behaviors and
linkages with services.
3. Strengthening BCC team for convergence with Govt. service providers to support in the better
delivery of services.
4. Develop &
sharpen the skill of BCC team for documentation. So that Significant changes can be documented
and used as evaluation tool.
5. Capacity
building of MSW student in project management.
6. The children and woman are the most
important human resources their all-round development can only build a strong and half reliant nation.
7. A healthy mind exists in a healthy body .if we nourish the whole body we will naturally turn out men and
woman of character .The character grows spontaneously out of intellectual programs.
